Lesson Policy

Makeups and Lesson Cancellation Policy

Your complimentary trial lesson day and time does not guarantee that will be your scheduled lesson time for the semester.  Your lesson time will be scheduled during final enrollment. 

Student Cancels

If you need to miss a lesson please let us know as soon as possible.  Lessons canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time will be nonrefundable and we won't be able to accommodate a makeup.  We will credit a makeup lesson for cancellations that were given with enough advanced notice.   

If you know you will miss a lesson in a particular month please let us know in advance so we can adjust your invoice accordingly before sending it out.      

If you'd like to stop lesson enrollment please notify us before the 1st of the next month.

Teacher Cancels

If a teacher has to miss a lesson, you will be credited for a makeup lesson or have your next invoice adjusted. 

Arriving Late

If you are running late please let us know.  We won't be able to fulfill your lesson if arrival time is more than 15 min past the scheduled lesson.  

Payment

Lessons are prepaid monthly for the amount of lessons in the month.  Payment is due within 5 days after an invoice has been sent at the beginning of the month.  

Referrals

We love building our studio family with friends of friends!  We offer one free lesson for each newly enrolled referral.  :-)
